At a young age, Shahab started his career working in restaurants and later for The United Nations and Wall Street, where he decided to switch gears and become an entrepreneur. Shahab soon joined an international company, where he also kick started a successful team in New York and is looking to share those same opportunities and take his company to the next level.
Graduating from NYIT with a Bachelor’s of Architecture, and years in the design industry working with multiple successful companies, Parisa realized that she had a passion for helping people. Parisa is now the key advisor for all marketing operations and assists with recruiting top talent for our team.

Magaly Fernandez
Spanish Division Manager
Cuban born, Magaly started her career as a nurse and later became an all-time professional flamenco dancer "Bailaora" traveling around the world. In 2018 she decided to join our team and became “Rookie of the Year”. Naturally competitive, Magaly succeeds at everything she throws herself into. She is now our top producer and looking to help train and develop other like-minded individuals in our Spanish division.
Phyo Phyo
Quality Specialist
After graduating with a BA in Biology, Phyo pursued music, real estate and hospitality. She decided to take a different direction in life and be part free-lance and part team manager. Going on nine years with the company, Phyo has performed and exceeded expectations to land her at her current position.
